Welcome to the Richmond Guardian Angels. The Alliance of Guardian Angels celebrated our 39th anniversary on February 13, 2018. The Richmond Chapter was formed on June 19th, 2010. Most people recognize the Guardian Angels from news reports of young volunteers patrolling New York's most dangerous subway lines and streets. Patrolling the streets is only one of the strategies we use. Our organization is committed to improving our communities and dealing with all kinds of problems.

The Highland Park Quality of Life Plan is an implementation of some guiding principals and goals for the community. With a commitment and willingness for the community to work together, we can make meaningful changes. This Plan has 4 goals and 4 teams to work on reaching those goals. Goal 1 is empowering people to stay, cross-boundaries and make a difference in HP, goal 2 is increasing youth participation in programs and recreational activities that encourage success, goal 3 is increasing neighborhood safety for community members and visitors by reducing real and perceived crime, and goal 4 is making HP a neighborhood where all residents have the opportunity to be meaningfully and gainfully employed.
If you live in Highland Park, please join us.
